Please note a few things about the ticketing portion of our site:

  • Please use other internal site navigation buttons(at the top of each page) - do not use your browser's back, forward, or refresh buttons.
  • Please note that your session will be terminated and tickets released after 15 mintues of inactivity. 
  • Online sales are real-time and access the same ticket inventory available by calling World Music/CRASHarts.
  • All discounts and member benefitts will be calculated automatically after successful login, upon checkout.
  • Special coupons can be added to your shopping cart after you select your tickets.

 

handicap access
Wheelchair and handicap accessible seats are conveniently available by calling the World Music/CRASHarts box office at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm. If you wish to place your accessible seating order online, you may do so for reserved seating events by selecting the ADA Accessible Seating option when choosing your seat section. A seat note will display a description of the accessible location once seats are found. Please insure that you select the appropriate accessible location as to prevent any seating issues at the performance. Also note that a venue will have a seperate allotment of accessible seating available for sale as well which is different than that of World Music/CRASHarts. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the World Music/CRASHarts Box Office.

Handling Fees

All orders are subject to a $5 handling fee per ticket,which is automatically added to each ticket. World Music/CRASHarts members are expempt from handling fees. Become a member today and avoid handling fees!
