Troubleshooting
When I try to create an account on the World Music/CRASHarts Online Ticketing System, I get an error message indicating that I cannot utilize my e-mail address because it already exists in the system. What does this mean?
I never received an e-mail confirmation of my order. What do I do?

Why should I become a member of World Music/CRASHarts?
As a member of World Music/CRASHarts, you enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits. A one-year basic membership is only $60 and includes:

  • Advance notice of performances and access to tickets before the general public
  • Unlimited online tickets without service fees
  • Ticket dicounts on selected concerts

How does World Music/CRASHarts Online Ticketing system work?
World Music/CRASHarts Online Ticketing system is a feature of the World Music/CRASHarts web site that provides patrons with a personalized, secure shopping experience. By creating an account, patrons are able to order tickets to select concerts and become members online, as well as subscribe to e-mail newsletters featuring upcoming events, special offers and more.

What is involved in creating my World Music/CRASHarts online account?
To create an account, you will be asked to give us your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address. You will also be asked to create a password. If you are already a subscriber to the World Music/CRASHarts e-mail newsletters, then we already have your e-mail address on file and have started an account for you. Please select “Check for an account” at the login screen, enter your e-mail address and a computer-generated password will be e-mailed to you. Upon your initial login, you will be directed to change your password.  Please visit the "My Account" section to complete and/or update your contact information and account preferences.

What do you do with my information once I create my World Music/CRASHarts online account?
You are able to choose the types of communications you receive from us (e-mail newsletters, brochure mailings). World Music/CRASHarts never sells information, nor do we share our patrons’ e-mail addresses. We may on occasion exchange mailing addresses with other non-profit arts organizations and sponsors. You can manage your communication preferences by clicking on "My Account" on the left of your screen once you have logged in.

The concert I want to purchase tickets to is listed on the World Music/CRASHarts home page, but not listed on World Music/CRASHarts Online Tickets.
Not all concerts are available for online purchase through World Music/CRASHarts Online Tickets. For more information call World Music/CRASHarts (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm.

Will I be able to choose my seats?
You are able to select the section of the theater in which you would like to sit. Based on ticket quantity, we will automatically provide you with the best available seats in that section. If you are not happy with the seats presented, you can change your search to another section of the theater or a different ticket quantity.

If you have specific seating requirements, such as an aisle seat, please call the World Music/CRASHarts box office at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm. We will be happy to assist with your request.

Can I order wheelchair/accessible seats online?
Wheelchair and handicap accessible seats are conveniently available by calling the World Music/CRASHarts box office at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm. If you wish to place your accessible seating order online, you may do so for reserved seating events by selecting the ADA Accessible Seating option when choosing your seat section. A seat note will display a description of the accessible location once seats are found. Please insure that you select the appropriate accessible location as to prevent any seating issues at the performance. Also note that a venue will have a seperate allotment of accessible seating available for sale as well which is different than that of World Music/CRASHarts. What credit cards can I use to place an order online?
World Music/CRASHarts accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

I try to select tickets to an event but get a message that tickets are no longer available. Why can't I get tickets?
If you receive a message stating that tickets are no longer available, the event is either sold out,  tickets in your specified area are not available or the number of tickets you requested is not available. If this happens, try to find seats under "Best Available" rather than picking a specific section. If you need additional assistance, please call the World Music/CRASHarts box office at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm.

How do I get confirmation of my online order?
At the end of the order process, a confirmation page will be displayed. Please print this page for your records. An e-mail confirmation will also be sent to the e-mail address listed in your account. To update your e-mail address or any other information associated with your account, visit the My Account section.

What if I lose my tickets?
If you lose tickets that were purchased through World Music/CRASHarts, please call the World Music/CRASHarts box office at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm.

When will I receive my tickets or membership information?
When ordering online, you can expect to receive your tickets within approximately 7 days. If you are ordering tickets to a performance or event taking place within 7 days, the tickets will be held for you at the theater Will Call window and can be picked up 1 hour prior to performance (please bring valid identification). Membership acknowledgement letters may require more time and should be received within 30 days.

Can I purchase a gift certificate online?
Yes, gift certificate are available from online. Please click the buy tickets button anywhere on our site and then click the gift certificate tab on the lower purple ticketing bar.  You can also purchase by phone by calling World Music/CRASHarts box office at (617) 876-4275.

What is your policy on refunds and/or exchanges?
World Music/CRASHarts has a no refund/no exchange policy. However, if you are a Member ($60 or higher), we do offer ticket exchange privileges. Tickets must be mailed to the World Music/CRASHarts box office and received at least 2 business days prior to the event. Tickets may be exchanged for another event within the same concert season. When I try to create an account on the World Music/CRASHarts Online Ticketing System, I get an error message indicating that I cannot utilize my e-mail address because it already exists in the system. What does this mean?
Our Online Ticketing Service requires that all online accounts have a unique e-mail address. If you have never used the online service, but gave World Music/CRASHarts your e-mail address in the past, please select "Activate My Account" at the login screen, enter your e-mail address at the prompt and a computer-generated password will be e-mailed to you. Upon your initial login, you will be directed to change the password to something of your own creation. If you need further assistance, please call World Music/CRASHarts at (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm, or e-mail us.

I never received an e-mail confirmation of my order. What do I do?
If you placed an order online and the system returned a confirmation screen, but you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please verify that your e-mail address is correct on the My Account page.  You may also want to check that the e-mail confirmation was not mistaken for spam by your e-mail provider.

I placed tickets in my shopping cart, but now my cart is empty. What happened?
When you place tickets in your shopping cart, you are limited to 15 minutes of inactivity before your tickets are released back into the inventory. After 15 minutes of inactivity, you will need to log in again and re-select your items. For further assistance, please call World Music/CRASHarts (617) 876-4275, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm.

I cannot remember my username and/or password. What do I do?
Your username is the e-mail address we have on file at World Music/CRASHarts. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot my password" option on the login in screen and your password will be e-mailed to you. If you need additional assistance, please call World Music/CRASHarts at (617) 876-4257, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm.

I am already a World Music/CRASHarts member but the system does not seem to recognize my membership. What do I do?
If you are a current member of World Music/CRASHarts and have an e-mail address on file with us, please use that e-mail address to log in.  If you do not have an e-mail address on file with World Music/CRASHarts, you will need to call our office so that we may associate your e-mail with your membership account.  Current members who create a new online account will not have their membership automatically associated with that new account.
