Spanning jazz, Latin, and African influences, Transparent Water is an exquisitely beautiful new collaboration between the seven-time Grammy-nominated Cuban pianist, composer, and bandleader Omar Sosa and the award-winning Senegalese kora master and singer Seckou Keita.

Raised in Havana, Daymé Arocena reimagines her African roots through jazz, soul, and funk. Her powerful singing and buoyant music defy expectations, drawing on the rhythms of Afro-Cuban traditions, the nimble athleticism of jazz, and the catchy hooks of pop melodies.
