Multiple Grammy–winning jazz trumpeter Terence Blanchard has traveled many musical paths, delivering adventurous original material, recording more than 30 critically acclaimed albums, and composing more than 50 film soundtracks. His latest project with E-Collective features layered grooves teeming with funk, R&B, and blues. This revolutionary ensemble thrives off the perfect mixture of Blanchard’s genius and the innovations of four young musical pioneers: guitarist Charles Altura, pianist Fabian Almazan, bassist David “DJ” Ginyard, Jr., and drummer Oscar Seaton.

You might also enjoy The Bad Plus and Harold Lopez-Nussa Trio.
