Bastille Day Partyfeaturing Diblo Dibala & Sarazino
Friday, July 13, 7:00 PM
Marlborough Street Between, Berkeley & Clarendon Streets
6-11pm, $35 day of show
The French Cultural Center's 37th Bastille Day Party returns to Boston's Marlborough Street for what promises to be the celebration of the summer! This year’s line-up, programmed by World Music/CRASHarts, Inc., will feature two incredible francophone acts: Diblo Dibala, whose “magic fingers” and incredible guitar-playing speed have distinguished him as one of the top instrumentalists in modern Franco-African music and Sarazino, whose music echoes with influences of roots reggae, West African grooves and catchy Canadian and French pop. Back Bay's beautiful Marlborough Street will be blocked off between Berkeley and Clarendon Streets to accommodate 2,000 revelers dancing in the street. Delicious French food and drinks, including beer & wine, will be available for sale. The French Cultural Center Bastille Day will be a party in true French style with live music and dancing in celebration of freedom, community, cultural diversity and friendship between nations.
This is a rain or shine event. The event runs 6-11pm.
Subscription discounts are not available for this concert.
Presented by the French Cultural Center.
